Our Story — Outlaw Revival Ministries

Andrew Marshall spent years running from everything — two prison terms, drug addiction, and a life that nearly destroyed him. Then Jesus found him at the absolute end of his rope. That encounter changed everything.

Charlene Marshall was homeless, addicted, and trapped in prostitution. She lost her children, her dignity, and her will to live. In her darkest moment she cried out to God — and He answered. Through recovery, forgiveness, and the saving power of Jesus Christ, she was made completely new.

Today Andrew and Charlene travel the country full-time as Outlaw Revival Ministries — going where others won't. Prisons. Homeless camps. Recovery homes. Churches. Anywhere people need to hear that no one is too far gone for the grace of God.
